NEWS: Dazed and confused: More than half of teenagers are chronically sleep-deprived

Sleep experts say teenagers should be getting between seven and nine hours of sleep every night. Yet, this is not happening. Dr. Indra Narang, a sleep medicine physician at the Hospital for Sick Children, said there are several reasons teens aren't getting enough sleep, including the brain stimulation caused by the light emitted by a phone or laptop.
